Best Camera For Selfies Comparing The Sony DSC-RX100 Vs. Canon PowerShot G7
Selfies are an integral part of my life. Every vacation, get-together, party, or occasion is incomplete without a customary selfie. What began as a fun hobby is now a serious passion for me.
After years of online research, a couple of online courses, and of course years of actual experience, I can proudly say I’ve mastered this fine art.
My years of experience has taught me that perfect selfies are not possible without great cameras. There’s no denying that it takes a lot more than a mobile camera and a selfie-stick to click an incredible selfie.
Using a good selfie camera has helped me improve the quality of the image, and enhance image resolution. My selfies are appreciated for their great background and wonderful lighting. I enjoy using these cameras for clicking great panoramas, sports, wildlife, and as well as my favorite selfies. They are not just the best cameras for selfies but also have incredible photography features.
What to look for while buying a selfie camera?
As an ardent selfie photographer, I would recommend a camera that makes taking the perfect selfie as easy as ABC. Here are some “must-haves” that you may consider while buying the best camera for selfies:
- Rotating Flip Screen: A rotating flip screen can be rotated to face you so that you can preview your image before clicking.
- Touch Screen: A touch screen camera helps you take a selfie simply by touching the screen.
- Wide Angle Lens: Most selfie cameras or phones can only take your photo leaving out some amazing backgrounds. With the help of a wide angle lens, you are able to capture your surrounding backgrounds along with your selfie.
- WiFi: WiFi enabled cameras make it very convenient to send the picture directly to your phone without the need for cumbersome cables and time-consuming data transfer.
My personal favorites are the Sony DSC-RX100/B 20.2 MP Exmor CMOS Sensor Digital Camera and the Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II Digital Camera.
